Here is a peek at a few of Regina's first laneway houses. These were built as part of a pilot project and they match the new primary houses they sit behind. They're located in the new neighbourhood The Greens on Gardiner. Some advantages to this model: because these are part of a new development and there are laneway houses planned for the whole block, the lane is paved and has street lighting. Great job @deverauxhomes and City of Regina! Regina even offers partial tax exemptions on laneway homes. #lanewayhousing #yqr

It's application day! Today we're submitting two new garage suite applications. These suites will be located in Saskatoon's Buena Vista and Nutana neighbourhoods. The innovative building plans by @bldgstudio make great use of smaller spaces. The application requirements have been somewhat relaxed and streamlined. Get in touch to find out more!
After a very long (13 month) and onerous (2 appeals, several design iterations) application process, we've received approval for this garage suite in Montgomery Place in Saskatoon. This is our second approval in Montgomery where the lots are a whopping 250 feet long! Perfect for a laneway house! Congrats to @bldgstudio as well! #lanewayhousing #activatingurbanspace
